  • The online SQL Server training includes 20 active sessions and 6 months offline help and support.

  • This is an interactive training program where a maximum of 5 attendees are allowed per session and each attendee will be given individual attention. Attendees can ask questions during the sessions.

  • Training includes hands-on lab. The lab work will be reviewed by instructor after the sessions.

  • You will be given 6 months of help and support in administering database, especially if you need assistance in performing your job as a DBA, for a small additional fees.

  • Training and lectures will be given through WebEx online meetings, but post-session support will be given through telephone, chat and email (throughout the training period and 6 months offline support period).

  • If you are not comfortable with the training sessions, you may leave any time and we will give you a pro-rated refund. There will be no refund after all 10 active sessions are finished. Offline support is optional for you and there will be no refund if you do not wish to participate.

  • A course completion certificate will be awarded at successful completion of the course.

  • Individual training is available at a reasonable extra fee where you will be the only online attendee and you will be given the flexibility to schedule the sessions at your convenience. Such personalized sessions will be highly interactive.
